A Message from the President

It is indeed my great honor to have been elected President of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses – North Central Florida chapter again.  For your trust and confidence, I am truly grateful and excited for the upcoming year.  

Our goals for the year ahead are focused on reshaping and growing our chapter post the COVID pandemic. We need to promote healthy work environments to provide our nurses with the opportunity of becoming the best version of himself/herself to be able to deliver the highest level of care to the patient population that we serve.  Let us do our part, let us get involved, I challenge you!

The NCF chapter AACN covers a special area of Florida, so please join me and be part of its history.  As Terry Davis the AACN National President said, “As nurses, we have the power to rise together, to advocate, to open the doors for patients’ families in these critical moments.”
